A structured path, not a promise

AGF works with qualified families through a documented sequence. Every step has an owner, a deliverable and an honest statement of what it cannot do.

  1. 01

    Understand the household

We start with real income, real housing costs and real obligations — not an idealized budget.

  2. 02

    Identify the pressure point

Most housing distress traces to one or two structural problems. We name them plainly.

  3. 03

    Coordinate the right professionals

Licensed and qualified counterparties handle regulated work. AGF coordinates; it does not substitute.

  4. 04

    Build a stabilization plan

A written plan with owners, deadlines and measurable checkpoints.

  5. 05

    Track recovery over time

Progress is measured against the household's own baseline, reviewed on a schedule.

What we do not do

AGF does not guarantee debt elimination, foreclosure prevention, refinancing, or loan approval, and does not provide legal, tax or investment advice.
